Presently, the central station is one of less than two dozen central Station approved to monitor fire alarms in New York City. These requirements are among the most stringent in the United States. In addition to fire alarms, the central station also monitors burglary, supervisory and medical signals. The central station also performs monitoring of military, commercial, and residential accounts and also provides answering service capability on a national level. Video, voice and data are processed by highly trained personnel to ensure error free handling of signals.

The central station used by Caribbean Security Limited Maintains a facility that boasts quadruple system redundancy for increased service reliability utilizing their own in-house programming staff. The facility is designed and maintained to exceed all industry monitoring standards.
